Introduction
This five-day course teaches practical business writing skills you can use immediately. You will learn to produce clear, concise emails, reports, proposals and summaries. The focus is on reducing miscommunication, speeding approvals, and making decisions easier. Exercises use realistic workplace documents and feedback from instructors.
